Patasca Soup

This soup is well-known as a 'super soup' because of it's high nutritional value, it is also known as 'sopa de mote' in some places, which comes from the clear broth, nutrient-rich Mote corn and lean meats. The word 'Mote' comes from the Inca's language, Quechua, and means 'broken corn', as the mote opens up as it's cooked. This soups is tradtionally cooked with mote, tripe, beef, mint, and parsley which gives the soup a rich, meaty and tasty flavor.

Ingredients: tripe, beef, peruvian corn, garlic, onions, salt, pepper, don alex seasoning.
